Therapy Setting

Direct services with children and adolescents typically take place at your home, where life happens! Having sessions at home helps improve your child’s comfort and helps facilitate development of a trusting and successful relationship. Direct services can be provided via telehealth if appropriate. We see most school-age clients after school once a week or every other week. Parent coaching and consultation is typically provided virtually for the convenience of parents to enable them to participate in sessions from any location. We see most parents once a week or every other week.

We see clients in person in select areas of New Jersey and provide virtual services in other locations depending on licensure laws in those locations.

Insurance

​We do not participate in insurance networks and are an out-of-network provider. Depending on the services we provide and whether your child has a diagnosis that aligns with your insurer’s restrictions on medical necessity, you may be able to seek reimbursement from your child’s medical insurance. We work with families to provide necessary information for these claims but cannot guarantee that services will be covered by your child’s policy.

Clients have the right to a Good Faith Estimate to help estimate the expected charges for certain health care services. Estimates are available at any time by request.
